Interior Design Project: Fireplace, Minibar and Wall Design

The project began with an initial appointment through Thumbtack, where the client contacted us to transform three key areas of their home. At this meeting, we review your ideas and present a customized proposal for each area: fireplace, wet bar, and wall design, all situated in a horizontal line in the same section of the house. The proposal included a detailed description of the materials, design, execution time, organization and an estimated budget for the work. Once the client accepted the proposal, a detailed estimate was sent for review and signature.

Fireplace
With all the elements approved and in order, we began the work with the demolition phase, removing the old drywall from the fireplace. We use a laser level to take precise measurements and ensure everything is level and perfectly square. For the floating shelves, we manufacture exclusive models from the R&LV brand with high-quality wood, in which we install colored lights controlled by a remote control fixed to the wall. To finish the shelves, we advised the client in choosing a stain that would harmonize with the general design.

Custom cabinetry and a uniquely designed quartz countertop provided by one of our trusted suppliers were installed on either side of the fireplace. For the walls of the fireplace, we chose natural stone, obtaining an elegant, modern and functional result that meets the client's expectations.

Minibar
For the wet bar, we installed a unique backsplash, custom cabinetry, and quartz slab top. R&LV brand floating shelves and a small built-in refrigerator were also added. Electrical adjustments completed the space, making it a transitional, functional and modern minibar.

Wall Design
The wall design required a special selection of wood, which we prepared in advance with the necessary electrical adjustments. The client chose a suitable stain for the wood finish, and lights were integrated to give life to the space. The result was a creative and elegant wall, perfectly combined with the rest of the decoration.

For the finishing touches, we painted the window frame in the same area, installed crown molding, and attached the outlet covers and connectors for a flawless finish. This interior design project met our client's expectations, creating a sophisticated and functional space.
