In this remodeling project, we transformed a master bathroom into a luxurious space with a “Transitional Elegance” style. We began with a complete demolition of the existing bathroom, removing all old fixtures to create a clean canvas ready for the new installations. Once the space was cleared, improvements were made to the plumbing and electrical. Plumbing was redesigned to accommodate a new sink and shower layout, ensuring efficient water distribution. The electrical installation was updated to include additional sockets and preparation for a mirror with integrated lighting.
The walls were repaired and smoothed before applying a new tile covering, selected for its modern yet timeless style, which perfectly blends with the concept of transitional elegance. The floor was also embellished with tiles, creating visual harmony throughout the space. The modern touch was accentuated with the installation of a floating cabinet, which not only maximizes space but also adds a contemporary element to the design. Above the cabinet, a mirror with LED light was installed, providing soft and elegant lighting, ideal for creating a relaxing atmosphere.
A focal point of the project was the creation of a custom barn door, which combines functionality with a unique and attractive design. This sliding door not only saves space, but also adds a rustic touch that complements the modernity of the rest of the bathroom.
Finally, the project was completed with a meticulous paint and finish job. Neutral and sophisticated colors were applied that accentuate the elegance of the space, along with details in moldings and finishes that ensure perfect cohesion throughout the bathroom.
The result is a master bathroom that combines the best of classic and contemporary design, offering a refuge of style and functionality, ideal for enjoying moments of relaxation with maximum comfort and aesthetics.
