We completed a remodeling project that included installing LVP (Luxury Vinyl Plank) flooring throughout the residence. This project was approached with a meticulous approach to ensure not only an impeccable aesthetic finish, but also the durability and functionality of the new floor.
The first step in the process was pre-installation preparation, which is essential to ensure a solid and uniform foundation. Once the surface was ready, the installation of the LVP flooring began. This material was selected for its water resistance, durability, and ease of maintenance, making it an ideal choice for high-traffic areas in the home. The boards were placed precisely, ensuring the joints were tight to prevent any movement or separation over time. The installation pattern was carefully planned to maximize the aesthetics of the space, taking into account factors such as natural light and room layout.
Finally, new baseboards were installed to complete the floor finish and provide a clean, professional look. These skirting boards not only beautify the installation, but also protect the walls and improve the cohesion of the interior design.
