The project began with a scheduled appointment with the client, where their needs were discussed and a detailed estimate was made and approved.
The transformation began with the complete demolition of the old bathroom, leaving room for necessary improvements. The plumbing system was modified to accommodate the new design, including the shower drains, shower faucet and cabinet connections.
Subsequently, the shower pan liner was installed, followed by the application of concrete and the installation of Durock sheets on the walls of the shower area. These surfaces were treated with a waterproofing layer to ensure their durability.
The renovation included the installation of modern designer tile, as well as the application of fresh paint throughout the bathroom and the installation of a new baseboard to complement the style. In addition, the conventional door that connected the room with the bathroom was eliminated. In its place, a frame was prepared to install an elegant sliding door, optimizing space.
Finally, the key elements were installed: a new cabinet, the faucet, the shower and a modern glass door for the shower, achieving a functional, modern and cozy space, framed in the sophisticated Transitional Style.
